I’m an event planner by day, photographer by heart, and a firm believer that the best parts of life are usually the quiet ones.

Named after the street I grew up on, Union Avenue is a nod to where I learned to appreciate the beauty in the people and places around me. Photography is how I hold onto those fleeting, beautiful moments: the way golden hour hits the kitchen table, a freshly-engaged couple’s smiles, an overlooked corner of the city. I love working with people to capture what matters to them, whether that’s a big milestone or a simple moment they want to remember.

I’ve lived in DC for a while, and I’m constantly inspired by this city. I love wandering around with a coffee and my Leica to collect details. I keep a list of favorite spots around the city because I love sharing the places that make this strange city (sorry DC..) feel like home.

My motto is to find beauty and adventure in the everyday, and I’m here to help you fall a little more in love with your people and your place, whether it’s through a portrait session or a hidden neighborhood gem.
